ANZ Secured Lending approval can support clients who have been trading for at least 1 full financial year, are looking for funds within 80% LVR of any commercial/industrial premises and up to 100% of any standard residential premises ( assuming no other consumer lending in place). The policy allows for provision of the last BAS – no more than 4 months old and evidence of payment of same as well as a clear ATO portal for all applicants and directors.
This policy is especially suitable for clients who’re looking to perhaps purchase the premises they currently rent, or perhaps refinance a debt from premises they purchased in recent years and funded elsewhere. ANZ can also look to fund in some circumstances directors loans being removed from the balance sheet and reimbursed to the directors.
Applicant must have a clear CRAA report and have no statutory payments outstanding eg ATO arrears, GST, payroll tax.
