How we provide advice

At Invest Blue, we can provide you with advice ranging from one particular goal or issue you need addressing, right up to a comprehensive, holistic financial plan.

We aim to tailor our services to your needs and your budget.  To do this, we provide two different ways you can work with us to receive advice.

Customer Centre – Over The Phone Advice

Where you wish to address a core issue such as setting up your super, consolidating super, or getting some insurance in place, an Invest Blue Financial Planner can provide advice to you over the phone for a low cost.  The advice process can be short and your Financial Planner can address only one or two key needs, without any need for you to come into an office.  This service suits those with a transactional type need, or those who want to get some advice without the “frills” – quickly and efficiently.

Financial Planning Office – Face To Face Advice

At our offices, you will meet with your Financial Planner in person, and they will work with you to understand you and your goals, your current situation and design strategies to suit your long term needs and objectives. You may wish to address a single area of advice, or receive a comprehensive and tailored plan taking into account all areas of your situation.  This service suits those who want to build a long term relationship with their Financial Planner, and have a more hands on approach to managing their financial situation.  This may also suit those people who have a simple need, but prefer the comfort of meeting someone in person in their local area.

Ongoing Advice

We provide different levels of ongoing service, depending on your situation and the financial strategies that you have put in place. We will discuss which ongoing service package we recommend for you during your meeting with your financial planner.
