Alana Bain – Relationship Manager
“I love helping people to live and achieve their best possible life.” Alana started in Financial services with Bravien Financial as the first point of contact 5 years ago. Her experience in client service transferred brilliantly to the Business Manager role where she was responsible for keeping the well-oiled machine running – HR, training, team meetings, KPI’s, projects, marketing and coordinating all other areas of the business that allow it to function and meet clients expectations. Prior to joining the Financial service industry, Alana spent 9 years in the hospitality industry, rising through the ranks to become General Manager of a Canberra Motel. In her spare time, Alana loves creating memories with her partner Jarrod and new son Austin. She also enjoys family getaways, travelling, playing sports, and spending lots of time with friends.
