From September 2019 to November 2024. Chad worked as a Loan Support Officer within a financial institution’s lending team, supporting the end-to-end process of loan origination, processing, and servicing. The role focused on internal systems, documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
Since April 2025, he has taken on the role of Broker Support Expert Level 2, providing advanced support to financial brokers by resolving complex issues, improving workflows, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations. This role also involves strong product knowledge, effective communication, and building trusted broker relationships to support business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Data entry in MyCRM, Salesforce, Apply Online.
- Knowledgeable in renaming and uploading documents, order valuation, back book analysis, pricing and repricing, lender call and obtain loan details in lenders portal.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for a wide range of broker inquiries, including complex trade discrepancies, platform functionalities, account management, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to address intricate broker queries and provide accurate, well-informed solutions.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of complex support requests via phone, email, and chat, maintaining exceptional service levels.
- Data entry skills in Apply Online, Salesforce, and Loanworks. Knowledgeable and proficient with MyCRM.
