Elyse Toomey – Head of Learning and Development
“I’ve been fortunate enough to work within both client facing roles, which managed the relationships with clients, advisers and the advice support teams, and have an appreciation of what is involved to deliver quality advice. In the last 6 years have moved over into People and Culture, specialising in Learning and Development, and my prior experience has allowed me to bring with it a wealth of knowledge and skills within my role as Head of Learning”.
Elyse has worked within the Financial Planning industry since 2006 and has built a diverse range of skills and knowledge having performed within multiple roles within the industry, however her true passions were Learning and Development. This type of work really aligned with her own personal values of striving for better always.
Over the years Elyse has completed a range of different qualifications across Human Resources, Training and Learning and Development management.
My current role is to lead and execute learning and development strategies that contribute to the growth and development of Invest Blue’s people, teams, and business.
Elyse’s loves health and fitness, and more recently has taken up Cross Fit which keeps her active during the week. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially camping when given the opportunity. Elyse is married to husband Greg, and has 3 children Tayla-Jade, Patrick and Austin.
