Kasey Patterson – Head of People & Culture

Kasey joined Invest Blue as the Practice Manager in 2004. During her time at Invest Blue, Kasey has been a Paraplanner and Financial Planner, however her passion has always been working with people and she ultimately found her way back into the human resources field becoming Invest Blue’s People & Culture Manager. Invest Blue is passionate about its People, and their growth and development. We want all our people to be successful. We are focused on creating a positive, engaged and high performing culture. Prior to joining Invest Blue Kasey had experience in Human Resources in the banking industry.
Kasey has Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources/Marketing), a Bachelor of Law, a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is a Justice of the Peace Commissioned for Declarations Department of Justice NSW.
Kasey moved from the North Coast to Armidale to study at University of New England and loved it so much that she stayed and made it her home with her family. Kasey loves spending time with her family (husband and two daughters) and friends. She loves a wide variety of sports and keeps fit by playing netball.
