Kristine’s Salesforce journey began during her time in sales at an events company, just as they were rolling out their Salesforce CRM. When the pandemic brought sales operations to a halt, she chose to volunteer on the Salesforce implementation rather than step away—and quickly discovered a passion for the platform. With a background in Game Design and a postgraduate Certificate in IT, Kristine has always been drawn to solving complex problems and turning ideas into reality.

Since making the leap into the Salesforce ecosystem, Kristine has spent over three years in consulting, delivering tailored Salesforce solutions across a wide range of industries. She’s taken on diverse roles, from business analyst and solution designer to functional lead and hands-on builder, giving her a holistic understanding of how to connect business needs with scalable, effective technology. She’s excited to bring her experience to Invest Blue and contribute to building a Salesforce environment that is efficient, insightful, and empowering for the team.

One of Kristine’s proudest achievements is having the courage to change careers in her 30s, stepping into a field she genuinely loves. That decision brought renewed purpose and satisfaction to her work. She’s also incredibly proud of the strong, lasting relationships she’s built with clients—many of whom return to work with her again and again. For Kristine, earning that trust is deeply meaningful, and many of those professional connections have grown into long-standing friendships.

Kristine specialises in bridging the gap between people and technology, translating business needs into thoughtful and practical Salesforce solutions. As a former end user herself, she understands the challenges people face on the ground. Her unique blend of lived experience and technical capability allows her to offer a full-spectrum approach—from business analysis to solution design and implementation—with a focus on delivering systems that genuinely work for their users.

Outside of work, Kristine’s world revolves around family, food, and a bit of fun. She’s a proud new mum to a curious and cheerful little girl, and weekends are often spent exploring local cafés in South Yarra or shopping for fresh produce at Prahran Market with her husband and daughter. She loves to travel—especially to visit family in South Korea—and is slowly making her way through Victoria’s winery regions. Her interests also include reading, summer beach swims, the occasional escape room or karaoke night, and catching up with friends for theatre nights or retail therapy.
