“I like how each team plans their goals every quarter and how everyone shares the same goal and strives to achieve it.” Ron took up a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in college. He previously worked in BPO companies as an Escalations Rep, Technical Support Rep, and Billing Specialist for Telstra respectively. Ron wants to learn how financial planning works since this industry is not that big in the Philippines and also to apply his learnings for his future. In his spare time, Ron loves spending quality time with his family and friends, as well as, playing mobile games.
